By creating an account, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate
• You will maintain the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

2. Description of Service

NetPraise provides tools that may include:

• Prayer request sharing
• Personal prayer journaling
• Community prayer groups
• Spiritual reflection tools
• Faith-based music or meditation features
• Church group interaction
• AI-assisted encouragement or scripture suggestions

NetPraise is intended to support spiritual growth and community encouragement but is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or pastoral care.

3. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post harmful, abusive, threatening, or hateful content
• Harass or bully other users
• Upload illegal or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform
• Use the service for spam or commercial solicitation without permission

NetPraise reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Prayer Requests and User Content

Users may submit prayer requests, messages, and other content. By submitting content, you grant NetPraise a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted content:

• Does not violate privacy rights
• Does not contain confidential information they are not authorized to share

Users may delete their content at any time through account settings where available.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important. NetPraise collects limited information required to operate the service such as:

• Account information
• Prayer requests and activity within the platform
• Device or usage analytics

Full details are described in our Privacy Policy. NetPraise does not sell personal prayer content to third parties.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some features of NetPraise may include AI-generated scripture suggestions, prayers, or encouragement messages. These outputs:

• Are generated automatically
• May not always be accurate or theologically complete
• Should be used as inspiration rather than authoritative teaching

Users should evaluate all AI content thoughtfully and in accordance with their faith tradition.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of NetPraise may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or authorized payment providers
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Users may manage subscriptions through their App Store or Google Play account settings

Refund policies are governed by the platform through which the purchase was made.

8. Music and Media

NetPraise may provide access to worship music or media content. Such content may be:

• Licensed through third-party providers
• Subject to copyright restrictions
• Available only within the NetPraise application

Users may not redistribute or reproduce licensed media.

9. Church and Group Administration

Church leaders or group administrators may manage members within their groups. However:

• NetPraise is not responsible for the behavior of individual group leaders
• Churches and groups are responsible for their own moderation policies

Users may leave groups at any time.

10. Account Termination

NetPraise may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Attempt to exploit the platform
• Post abusive or harmful content

Users may delete their account at any time in account settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

NetPraise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NetPraise is not liable for:

• Spiritual, emotional, or relational outcomes resulting from platform use
• Disputes between users
• Content posted by users

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetPraise disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

NetPraise may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant updates through the app or website. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
